Danielle is the founder and owner of Vibe Yoga. Her journey began as a lifelong dancer, where movement was always her first language. Over time, that passion evolved into a deep love for yoga, leading her to complete her 200 hour teacher training under her mentor, Christine Dodge of Putnam Yoga. What started as a personal practice quickly became a calling to teach—and eventually, a dream to create a space of her own.
Together, Danielle and her husband, Pat, opened Vibe Yoga to build more than a studio—they created a welcoming community where people can connect, move, breathe, and feel at home. As a wife, mom of three, dog mom to two pups, makeup artist, and dance teacher, Danielle understands the importance of finding balance in the middle of a busy life.
If you know Danielle, you know her love for music. It’s always been a huge part of who she is, and it’s woven into the heart of Vibe Yoga. Every playlist is intentionally chosen because she believes music has the power to elevate energy, deepen movement, and create an experience you can truly feel.
Danielle’s classes blend strength, mindful movement, and thoughtfully curated music while honoring the fundamental and traditional teachings of yoga. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practicing for years, her goal is simple: to help you leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected—to yourself and to the community around you.
Welcome to the Vibe Tribe.

Influenced by Baptiste Yoga, she enjoys leading power classes that encourage students to step outside their comfort zones while remembering not to take themselves too seriously.
As a first-grade special education teacher, Michelle knows the importance of meeting people where they are. She brings that same mindset into every class, creating an encouraging environment where students can explore their practice, celebrate progress, and have fun along the way.
When she’s not teaching, Michelle loves spending time on the trails with her dog, Blue, relaxing with a good book, and spending time with family. She hopes every class leaves students feeling strong, refreshed, and inspired to carry what they discover on the mat into their everyday lives.

When I opened myself up to yoga as a practice, not just a workout, I found better ways to handle and breathe through the more chaotic and unpredictable points of my daily life…and as a working mom of 2 kids, there is a lot of chaos and unpredictably! The steadiness and control offered in classes by such great instructors inspired me to become a teacher myself. I really want to spread the feelings other have gifted to me to anyone taking part in one of my classes. High energy, good vibes and a lot of sweat is what you can expect to experience in one of my flows. It’ll be fun!

Pat is a founder and owner of Vibe Yoga alongside his wife Danielle. His path to yoga may have started because of Danielle’s passion for the practice, but it quickly became one of his own.
A former Division I wrestler, Pat understands discipline, dedication, and the importance of both physical and mental strength. Yoga introduced him to a different kind of challenge—one that emphasized balance, breath, mobility, and mindfulness—and he soon discovered how transformative the practice could be. Inspired by his own journey, he became a certified yoga instructor.
When Danielle shared her dream of opening a yoga studio, Pat was her biggest supporter. Together, they brought that vision to life by creating Vibe Yoga—a welcoming space where people can connect, grow, and feel at home.
You’ll see Pat wearing many hats around the studio. Whether he’s greeting you at the front desk, taking class alongside the community, helping behind the scenes, or leading a class of his own, he’s always happy to lend a hand and make everyone feel welcome.
Pat believes yoga is for every body and hopes to inspire others—especially those who may have never imagined themselves on a yoga mat—to discover the strength, confidence, and connection that the practice can offer.
